  6. Refunds will be processed once we receive the hat and confirm that it is in its original condition.

  7. If the hat is not in its original condition or packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

  8. We do not accept returns on hats that have been customized or personalized.

  9. If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
